Abstract

Green management practices have become an essential component of modern business strategy as organizations respond to growing environmental concerns and stakeholder expectations. In the context of sustainable development, companies are increasingly integrating environmental responsibility into their operational and strategic frameworks. the relationship between green management practices and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), focusing on how environmentally sustainable initiatives enhance corporate reputation, stakeholder trust, and long-term organizational performance.
