Abstract

The rapid advancement and widespread adoption of Artificial Intelligence (AI) have created unprecedented opportunities for innovation, economic growth, and societal development. However, the increasing integration of AI into critical sectors such as healthcare, finance, education, manufacturing, public administration, and criminal justice has raised significant concerns regarding ethics, transparency, accountability, privacy, fairness, and human rights. These challenges have led to the emergence of Responsible Artificial Intelligence (Responsible AI), a framework that promotes the design, development, deployment, and governance of AI systems in a manner that is ethical, transparent, inclusive, secure, and aligned with societal values. the fundamental principles, implementation practices, and policy implications of Responsible AI through a comprehensive review of contemporary literature, international guidelines, and regulatory initiatives.
